Boston doesn’t have a housing bubble, according to UBS’s 2017 Global Real Estate Bubble Index, and doesn’t even rate among the eight cities that have been deemed the highest risk for having one pop.

Boston is weighted as “fairly valued,” in contrast to Toronto, Stockholm, Munich, Vancouver, Sydney, London, Hong Kong, Amsterdam and Paris, all of which are listed in dangerous housing bubble territory by UBS.
