A new report by Black Knight Data & Analytics found that while the percentage of Florida’s 90-day mortgage delinquencies has fallen about .3 percent since December, the state again ranked highest in the category in February, suggesting Hurricane Irma’s impact continues to linger.

Serious delinquencies in Florida spiked from 3.04 percent in November to 4.14 percent in December, but fell below four percent in January. February saw a modest 0.1 percent decline to 3.84 percent.
