Another vacant Little Italy restaurant may be turned into apartments.

A developer is seeking a permit to construct a six-story apartment building with ground-floor commercial space on the site of the shuttered Milan restaurant. The Baltimore Board of Municipal and Zoning Appeals will hold a 3 p.m. public hearing on the project at 1000 Eastern Ave. on Sept. 26 in City Hall. The building will include 30 apartments.
