A new study shows that might not be the case in Louisville.
SmartAsset, a financial-technology website, looked at five categories of data for 100 U.S. cities: median rents, the number of studio and one-bedroom apartments as a percent of all homes, median earnings for full-time workers, overall cost of living and unemployment rate.
