Modules

Board of Directors Module

The Board of Directors directory contains information for each of your association’s board members. Listed members can choose to include as much or as little personal information as they want: name, title, photo, contact information, educational background, employment history, brief bios, and more.

Business Directory Module

The concierge section of your navigation column includes a business directory. The administrator and other authorized groups can use it to post contact information for local vendors, service providers, restaurants, entertainment venues, sports facilities, government agencies, and more.

Some associations allow members to post their personal services (e.g., baby sitting, pet walking, tutoring, etc.), as well as classified ads, either for free or for a modest monthly fee.

will fully support the uploading of text and graphics such as logos or coupons, as well as photos and videos, to the business directory. To preserve the community feel of the website, however, we do not permit the posting of banner ads or pay-per-click ads.

Calendar Module

Through the Calendar of Events module, you can provide visitors with information about upcoming meetings, community events, town events, and other scheduled events such as property repainting projects or road repairs.

You can attach supplemental documents for any given event, such as an agenda for a particular meeting, as well as links for email addresses, photos, videos and websites. You can also provide an email link so users can send an event-related message to the administrator or other assigned key contact.

Events that include dates and times will display “Add to Calendar” buttons so users can download them to their Google, Outlook, iCal, Yahoo! or other calendar.

Classified Ads Module

This feature enables users to list furniture, household items or vehicles for sale. Some communities, usually the larger ones, charge a modest monthly fee for listings; others don’t. It’s up to you.

The listing is submitted by the website user, and once approved by the administrator is available on the website for viewing.

Homes for Sale or Rent Module

This feature enables users to post their homes for sale or rent. The module’s “Submit an Classified Ad” form includes fields for headline, price, description, contact, phone number, URL, email address, and links to any related documents stored within the website.

The administrator will approve all submitted listings and can view, edit or delete all property listings currently on the site.

Some communities, usually the larger ones, charge homeowners a modest monthly fee to list their properties for sale; others don’t. It’s up to you.

Maps of the Community Module

will upload your available maps of your community to your website: for example, schematics of your community’s homes or units, a map indicating nearby roads and airports, links to Google Maps or Mapquest, or even a 360-degree video tour of the property if you have one.

Meeting Dates Module

Through the meeting dates module, you can provide users with information about upcoming association meetings, committee meetings, or any other type of community meetings.

Package Log & Notification Module

Property staff can use the Package Log & Notification Module to log the receipt of packages or other deliveries for residents on a form within the website and have email notifications immediately sent to website-registered users.

This feature also includes notification slips, pre-formatted for Post-it Notes (PC410B format 6-notes per sheet), which can be printed out and hand-distributed to non-registered members.

Pet Center Module

Users can view photos and descriptions of pets in the community (Pet Directory), read frequently asked questions and answers about your pet policies (FAQs for Pets), or quickly locate local veterinarians and pet supply stores (Business Directory).

Photos of the Community

Through the Photos of the Community folder, you can show off your community to realtors, potential owners or renters, or guests.

Property Staff Module

Give users quick access to contact information for your property’s manager and staff. In addition to name, title, photo, and contact information, each listed individual can opt to provide additional information such as his or her employment history, a brief bio, and more.

Utilities and Local Links Module

Through the Utilities and Local Links module, you can give users quick access to contact information for local utility companies, newspapers, Internet and cable TV providers, and other frequently contacted businesses, organizations and government agencies. It’s an especially helpful feature for new residents.

Note: Once you provide us with the companies or agencies you wish to include, will gladly obtain their logos and upload them for you.

Vendor Module

The vendor module is a subset of the business directory. The administrator can use it to filter and display only commercial listings that have been associated with the “vendor” tag. It’s great for making the association’s preferred or pre-approved service providers, such as plumbers and electricians, prominently visible to users.

Weather Module

The Weather module is a popular application that displays weather information-temperature, humidity factor, wind speed, and sunlight-for areas all over the U.S.

Weather.com generates the weather results for your community, and the data display includes links you can use to find weather conditions in other cities, as well as forecasts for upcoming events.
