The median home sales price declined for the first time in months in Northeast Florida, according to statistics from the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors.

However, the year-over-year growth in median sales price climbed 16.6 percent — from $175,000 in January 2017 to 204,060 this year. 

In December, the median sales price came in at $211,650, with the last monthly decline happening in August after the local market hit a median sales price record of $216,000.
