The sales volume of existing single-family homes fell faster in South Florida in 2017 than in any other region of the state, according to the Florida Realtors.
The news wasn’t much better for the tri-county area’s condo market. South Florida was one of only three regions in the state that had fewer condo/townhouse sales in 2017 than the year before.
The silver lining: the dollar volume of home sales was up in all three counties.
