Home Page Options

The Home page of your website contains the login fields through which registered visitors access your member-only information. The rest of the page can be used to display your welcome message and any information of interest to the general public.

If your community’s units are not yet fully occupied, you can also include links to information of interest to potential buyers, such as units for sale or rent, floor plans, photos of the property, your community’s Walk Score, and documents detailing your amenities or concierge services.

Newsboard

Prominently positioned on your website’s content page, the Newsboard displays announcements, news briefs, and other timely information of interest to members.

Authorized groups can upload items and schedule them to post or expire at a specified date. Postings can include links to documents, photos, email addresses, and other websites; and both the postings and their associated documents can be archived in unlimited numbers for future reference.

Navigation Column Sections

The navigation column of your website is comprised of information modules, folders, documents and photos which are managed by the administrator/liaison through control panels.

  • A module displays information through a pre-designed layout such as a photo gallery, map or directory.
  • A folder opens to a choice of two or more related content items.
  • Modules and folders are listed within eight sections:

    o Property Management
    o Documents
    o Community
    o Concierge
    o Forms
    o Maintenance
    o Neighborhood Watch/Neighborhood Preparedness
    o Rules, Policies and Legal

For greater convenience, the order in which the sections appear in the navigation column changes according to the role (owner, renter, realtor) of the viewer. Sections that contain no content automatically disappear from view.

  • The administrator or any other permitted group can use the many control panels to add to, edit, or delete the content of modules and folders. (See Control Panels.)

Community Section

The community section of the navigation column is used to post information, documents, and photo galleries that relate to the HOA/Condo.

As in most other areas of the navigation column, you can add an unlimited number of documents, photos, or media files to this section; and you can upload them in any format: Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe PDF, JPEG, MP3, and more.

Concierge Section

The concierge section of the navigation column typically includes links to utilities, city maps, business directory listings, and information pertaining to resources, events, venues and services outside but close to the HOA/Condo community.

As in most other areas of the navigation column, you can add an unlimited number of documents, photos, or media files to this section; and you can upload them in any format: Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe PDF, JPEG, MP3, and more.

Documents Section HB1237 Florida law request

The Documents section, by default, includes a meeting minutes folder, a newsletter folder, a date-sensitive list of your most recently uploaded documents, and a folder containing all of these documents. The board members’ folder, also included by default, contains documents and links that are available only to registered users with board member permissions.

Note: You can add an unlimited number of documents, photos, or media files to this or any other relevant section of the navigation column; and you can upload them in any format: Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe PDF, JPEG, MP3, and more.

Forms Section

pre-loads websites with email forms (or eForms) that members can use to reserve a facility room, request maintenance, report a violation, make a suggestion, grant permission to enter their unit, register a pet, and more.

The forms are routed directly to their intended recipient (as pre-designated by the administrator); and replies are sent back directly to the sender.

If you need a form that isn’t already listed, just let us know what type you need and specify the fields that you want it to include. We’ll create and upload the form for you.

Maintenance Section

The maintenance section of the navigation column typically includes links to documents such as building specifications, appliance manuals and resident-entitled maintenance services. You can add as many documents as you like, in virtually any form, as well as photos and videos.

By popular demand, we pre-loads a manuals folder in which user instructions for dishwashers, garage door openers, microwave ovens, spas, stoves, and other community standard appliances can be stored.

Neighborhood Watch / Neighborhood Preparedness Section

The neighborhood watch/preparedness section of the navigation column typically includes links to documents such as burglary prevention tips and home security checklists. Some communities add emergency procedures such as snow, earthquake and/or hurricane plans.

Property Management Section

The property management section lists contact information for your community’s property manager or management contact. You can include an email link, a website link, and a photo, as well.

Restricted Access Section

The restricted access section of the navigation column provides links to the website’s control panels and links to 3rd party sites that provide functionality to the site. The administrator can link to all of the control panels; other authorized groups are restricted to the control panels for which they have been granted access. If a user does not belong to a group that has access privileges, he or she will not see this section.

Rules, Policies and Legal Section

The rules, policies and legal section of the navigation column typically includes links to documents detailing the community’s bylaws, rules and regulations, resale policies and procedures, frequently asked questions, and resident check in list.

Note: You can add an unlimited number of documents, photos, or media files to this or any other relevant section of the navigation column; and you can upload them in any format: Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe PDF, JPEG, MP3, and more.
